Speaking of earning points for purchases, the card I use the most is my Southwest Rapid Rewards Chase card. This is also the airline that I've used the most redemptions out of all of them! 

Southwest mainly flies in the US and now to the Caribbean and Hawaii. Their points redemptions are more than fair and you can use your points on any flight! Definitely my favorite frequent flyer program!
