- During our initial consultation, we'll get to know each other, talk about your vision for this trip, & decide whether or not to work together to bring it to life.
- Once you're ready to move forward, I charge a modest nonrefundable professional fee of $75 per person for personalized assistance and custom itinerary design including airline tickets. (If you are looking for some extra support on a cruise or resort & know exactly what you want and are ready to put down a deposit, there is no charge.)

- Full trip management, including payments, special requests, confirmations, and reminders.
- Travel documents conveniently stored in the app, accessible even when offline.
- Comprehensive support before, during, and after your trip for a seamless travel experience.
- For my groups, I watch all flights to make sure that we’re ahead of the curve if something is delayed or cancelled. That way, we can correct your course and you can get to your destination as quickly as possible.
What I'm Unable to Assist With
- Airbnb and Unvetted Rentals: We prioritize your vacation investment by working exclusively with vetted hotels, resorts, villas, and rental properties where we have a direct relationship to ensure quality and reliability.
- Partial Trips: While you’re welcome to arrange your own flights, we require handling all ground arrangements to deliver the seamless experience we pride ourselves on.
- Booking Accommodations with Points: We encourage using your points for flights, but managing the ground portion separately can disrupt the cohesive and stress-free travel experience we strive to provide.
